This was the last incarnation of Moses Harman's Lucifer the Lightbearer after he finished his final imprisonment in 1907 and moved toward a more scholarly presentation of individual sovereignty, sexology, women's rights, freedom of speech,and especially racial uplift and progress through "eugenics." Contributions by Theodore Schroeder, E.B. Foote, et al.
