Contributions by or selections from Wilhelm Fliess, William Walker Atkinson, Ralph Waldo Trine, Houston Stewart Chamberlain, Franz Hartmann, Georg Lomer (who was to take the journal over and later rename it Asgard), P. Ch. Martens, M.W. Ullrich, Alfred Russel Wallace, Guido von List, et al. On P. Braun and P. Ch. Martens, see the notes under Christliche Theosophie and The New Man. This was the organ of P. Braun’s Gral-Orden and then of the Neuer Gral-Orden, led in the 1920s by Martens and then by Karl Heise. The N.G.O. also published a series of Mitteilungen des N.G.O. and Der Gral as a supplement to the journal, addressed specifically to the activities of the N.G.O./G.O. The issue for June 1922 announced the formation of a "Gnostic School" without mentioning the name of its founder, E.C.H. Peithmann, who was a member of the N.G.O. and had a history of his own.
