This was the work of the quintessential reformer Felix Ortt (1866-1959). He denominated his ideas Christian Anarchism and lumped therein elements of Tolstoy, Christianity, pacifism, vegetarianism, socialism, spiritualism, "free love," etc. Ortt translated Paul Carus’s The Gospel of Buddhism in 1905, and the journal contained contributions by the likes of C.W. Leadbeater.
