1/1, January 1955-3/11, November 1957. 8 pp., 25 cents a copy, $3.00 a year. This was the revived journal of Dinshah P. Ghadiali (1873-1966) after his release from prison where he had been held for the fraudulent promotion of his color-therapy device, an experience that had taught him the value of caution. The journal no longer promoted its students as medical professionals but simply as "Graduate Researcher, Not A Doctor (Not Licensed or Registered in this State)" for the "Experimental Service of the Visible Spectrum of Light and Color Extended Exclusively to Member Researchers," and cautioned subscribers that "the Reader who uses the contents as basis for own investigation, experimentation and (or) research along the lines of the Visible Spectrum, to determine the Powers and Effects of Light and Color upon Living Organisms or otherwise, will do so on own absolute responsibility, taking and assuming ALL RISKS pertaining to such activities." This hedging proved ineffective, and the Government again enjoined the journal in 1957. On Ghadali and his career see the note under Spectro-Chrome.
