From Pat Deveney's database:
Vi-Dharmah. This was a lodge bulletin of the Rama Vi Dharmah in Buenos Aires whose president at the time was M. Catalano. It had been in existence since 1901, and Mario Roso de Luna visited there in 1910. Typical of such bulletins, the journal listed the activities of the lodge and the society worldwide for the coming month, commented on events of the preceding month and gave short notices of notable personages and points of Theosophical doctrine. An eminent pandit has noted that the lodge name, which is nowhere discussed in the journal, means something which contradicts dharma, opposing righteousness and cosmic law, and hindering individuals from fulfilling their moral duties. Presumably the lodge saw things differently. The successor journal, Dharma, without explanation changed the name to the more usual spelling and omitted the negative before it.
Dharma. This was the successor journal to the mal-named Vi-Dharmah and appeared with better paper stock, increased page count, and a graphic for the masthead. The volume numbering was started over with the first issue and the name of the lodge was changed to Dharma at the same time. As with its predecessor and lodge bulletins generally, the journal set out the doings of the lodge and other regional lodges for the coming month and commented on the doings of the society generally. The increase in the journal’s size allowed it to include more material on Theosophy, its history and its doctrines.
