This was the short-lived predecessor of Cahiers d'Astrologie, the pre-eminent French astrological journal of the post-war years. Volguine (1903-1976) was a Russian-born astrologer and occultist who practiced in France. His approach to astrology was decidedly "scientific" and mathematical.
