This was the short-lived predecessor of Cahiers d'Astrologie, the pre-eminent French astrological journal of the post-war years. Volguine (1903-1976) was a Russian-born astrologer and occultist who practiced in France. His approach to astrology was decidedly "scientific" and mathematical. Contributions by Volguine, "Sephariel" (in translation), Paul Choisnard, "Janduz," V. Scriabne, M. Gama, et al. BNF.
