This was an internationally respected journal of psychical research published by the Centro de Estudios Psiquicos of Valparaiso in conjunction with the Centro Eduardo de la Barra of Santiago. It carried original research and articles by Charles Richet and other notable workers, as well as articles by and excerpts from Annie Besant (on World War I), Ella Wheeler Wilcox ("La fe es un poder constructivo"), Juan Antiga (a later confederate of R.S. Clymer), and others and short pieces on the unusual and marvelous: spirit photography, Nicholas Tesla, a child with a sixth sense, various mysterious disappearances, "curious prophecies" about the wars of 1870 and 1915, etc. It also carried an article (complete with sheet music) on "Music Dictated by Spirit Mendelssohn." The Bulletin de la Societe d'Etudes Psychiques de Marseilles in 1913 quotes this journal as concluding that Alberto de Sarak, the Count of Das was a true "Maestro" and had "facultades realmente poderosas."
