1/1, 1952-1967. 18-48 pp. 1000 F in France, 1500 F abroad. This was the organ of Commission Ouranos (Commission Internationale d'Enquete Scientifique Ouranos, CIES) founded in 1951 to investigate UFOs. The journal prided itself for being "the greatest experts on the problem of flying saucers, distributed in specialized and coordinated sections of work sections and having a worldwide network of correspondent researchers." It combined the usual reports of sightings and technical reports on them with articles of topics like "Space, Gravitation and Life" and Atlantis. Unlike most European UFO journals, it reported regularly on George Adamski's claims and welcomed discussion of spiritual extraterrestrial beings behind the saucers.
