Ocultista, El.
Revista Esoterica / Medio de Expresion para los Estudiosos de la Ciencia Oculta.
Feci quod potui; faciant majora potentes
1983 Semimonthly (the announced intention, but monthly from the beginning)
Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Language: Spanish.
Editor: Fr. Theophilus de Montsalvat (Juan Carlos Caminatta).
1/1, April 15, 1983.
56 pp., $100.000 per issue.

The journal notes that all proceeds from its sale were to go to "philanthropic works." The journal was the work of Caminatta, a Chilean Martinist and member of Memphis and Misraim, but was unaligned ("open to anyone with a serious interest in esoteric studies, without sectarianism or any distinction, even though he differs from our opinions"), and seems to have been intended for beginning students in occultism. It was dedicated with thanks to Jesus Christ ("great Magician and Initiate"), "Papus," and "Eliphas Levi Zahed." The journal carried articles on astrology, magic, Kabbalah, "Occult Philosophy" (on the importance of chastity and avoiding lascivious thoughts), occult history ("Was Hitler an Initiate?"), magnetism, symbology and the Tarot, Masonry, etc. 100 copies of the first issue were printed and 200 of the second, with hopes of reaching 1,000, but the journal seems to have ceased after the second issue. Caminatta is said to have taken off to Tierra del Fuego to investigate and preserve the wisdom of the indigenous inhabitants.
