The journal was the short-lived supplement to Henrique Jose Souza's Dharana (q.v.), the organ of his Sociedade Teosofica Brasileira. It was more popular in approach and carried short occult fiction, horoscopes, notes on topics like "The Counsel of Buddha," "Chinese Medicine," "Leonardo Da Vinci," "Yogic Music and its Virtues," "Atlantean Reminiscences," "Shangri-la Exists," and a beginner's approach to Egyptian hieroglyphics. Souza wrote regularly in the journal under his name and under the pseudonym "Laurentus."
