This was the organ of an unknown Escuela Universal Cientifico Filosofico Racional. That may have been an offshoot of the Escuela Magnetico-Espiritual de la Comuna Universal of Joaquin Trincado, on which see the note under La Balanza, since the director of this journal, Aragon had been one of the principal Celadores of the EMECU in the 1930s, and Ceja had been a member.
