This was a companion volume to Bridge to Freedom (q.v.) and Thomas Printz' Private Bulletin (q.v.), all put out by the Bridge to Freedom Activity around Geraldine Innocente. Unlike those journals, which consisted only of messages from the Ascended Masers, this carried articles by students of the movement as well as messages from Masters such as Ascended Lady Master Nada (the divorced wife of the Ballards' son, Donald). The journal was under the guidance of Serapis Bey (Chohan or Director of the Fourth Ray of Purity) who, in his earlier career between B.C. 6,986 and B.C. 6,909, had been the daughter of Jesus and Kuthumi, as well as the High Priest of Atlantis at the time of its sinking and Leonidas at Thermopylae. The name of the journal was an acronym of Hope, Opulence, Peace and Enlightenment, and comes closest of the Bridge to Freedom journals to the dollars-want-me side of New Thought. "To manifest Opulence you must contact the Consciousness of ALL Good (God)." "First, remember always that GOD IS TRULY YOUR SUPPLY of things in your world as well as your Life, and you must constantly live in the feeling of abundance of food, clothes, home, car etc. regardless of outer appearances at the time." "I AM the resurrection and the life of the omnipresent supply and opulence manifesting through me, right now and forever."
