This was the "successor by action of law" of the Heraldo de Ultratumba, with the new name appearing first in the issue of July 15, 1925. This, with its predecessor, was the first branch journal of the Escuela Magnetico-Espiritual de la Comun Universal, founded by Joaquin Trincado. On him see the note under La Balanza. The journal purported to be edited by the superior spirits who communicated through Trincado -- subject to his editorial control to preserve doctrinal and moral correctness. The collaborators of the journal were "the elevated spirits that form the initiating nucleus and all the disincarnated brothers who intend to impart their teachings and light to their incarnate brothers, always taking into account that their communications are conformed to the most moral principles and to the doctrines practiced and preached by the supreme Spiritual Guide of this Planet." That guide to whom the doctrines of the spirits were to conform was Trincado. EMECU archives, University of Texas, Austin.
