This journal seems to have been an effort by various New Age practitioners to uplift their readers by elucidating the Harmonic Life Wave that underlay all life:

"This publication is our channel for presenting the Universal LAW of 'Rhythmic Balance Interchange.' Through this channel the editors, contributors and the readers can exchange knowledge about the laws of manifestation and thereby spread the Light of knowledge and understanding about life. Our purpose and ideal is to share with others the understanding and joy of the creative spirit by which all life and wisdom manifests and to look on all as co-workers and brothers." * * * To raise the vibratory rate in which you have been living to the highest vibratory rate of the Cosmic is to become conscious that you are one with the Infinite source of supply. By increasing the rate of vibrations things visible become invisible. The pitch of musical note can be increased until it cannot be heard. The most powerful forces in the Universal Law are silent because of their high octave of vibrations. When one becomes absolutely still mentally, his mind is taken off of Form, a different dimension or plane, and thinking of the Oneness of God, the Allness of Spirit, he becomes one with Good and meets his unseen power face to face." Etc., etc.

An "Encyclical on Good Will" by El Morya Khan, Darjeeling Council of the White Brotherhood, and a quotation from "Morya," indicate an affinity with the various I AM/Ascended Master movements. Oliver had been a minister of the Unity School of Christianity and then started the Harmony of Life Fellowship in Los Angeles in 1955, whose work in the 1960s was extended to the Harmony College of Applied Science, the International University, and the International Society of Naturopathy.
