| Summary: |
From Pat Deveney's database:
Flying Saucer News Bulletin. The British Flying Saucer Bureau was started in 1953 by Denis Plunkett and his father, Edgar, and its journal was begun in 1955, succeeding Flying Saucer News, published by the Flying Saucer Club of Great Britain (q.v.). It consisted in short paragraphs on local UFO sightings, listed by date. The Bureau ceased in 2001, after almost 50 years of service, because of a lack of interest of the public in attending physical meetings and a dearth of UFO sightings.
