This was the continuation of The Master Mind Magazine (1911-1925) that had been published by Annie Rix Militz (1856-1924) and, after her death in June 1924, by her sister Harriet Hale Rix (1863-1931). It continued the pagination and covers of Master Mind but for inexplicable reasons began its volume numbering with volume 27. On the sisters and their role in New Thought, see the note under Master Mind. Their most notable distinction is that they held to pure subjective idealism (the belief that matter and "reality" are the creation of mind) when that belief was beginning to fade from mainstream New Thought. The new journal also incorporated the unknown Christ Way published by Florence Miriam Johnson, who continued to contribute to the merged journal. Thelma Holder, the associate editor, also published a series of monthly International Bible Lessons. California State Library; Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; Stanford University; Graduate Theological Union.
