In 1897 the journal's affairs were taken over by F.G. Neelin/Nealan, a Canadian publisher, and the journal moved to Ontario. It was still being published, as noted in the Religio-Philosophical Journal, in the beginning of 1900 and was then replaced by the more substantial Sunflower.
