Canadian UFO Report.
1969? Bi-monthly, quarterly
Duncan, B.C., Canada.
Editor: John Magor, editor and publisher; Brian Cannon, contributing editor.
Succeeded by: Journal UFO (Mississauga, ON, Canada)
1/1, January-February 1969 (?) $3.00 a year, 44 pp. This was a typical UFO journal of the period, featuring short accounts of sightings, with some emphasis on Central European and Soviet encounters. Magor (1915- ), the editor of the journal, went onto write Our UFO Visitors (1977) and the curious and allegedly non-fiction Pagans in my Blood (1992) which recounts the enduring legacy in the modern world of the ancient mighty and powerful Babylonians, whose blood ran through Semiramis and Bendeguz, the parents of Atilla the Hun, into Hungary in the person of a man named Magor (=Magyar=the author), and thence into Canada, a story told with lengthy asides into the world of Zecharia Sitchin's "Wars of Gods and Men," Foo Fighters, UFOs in Poland, and the Soviet drilling project that discovered an underworld of imprisoned humans crying for help.
