Summary: |
From Pat Deveney's database:
Annee Occultiste et Psychique, L'. "Piobb" (Comte Pierre Vincenti, 1874-1942) was a Corsican journalist and a well-respected astrologer, magician and occultist. He wrote on, among other things, Les Mysteres des Dieux: Venus, la Deesse Magique de la Chair, and a book on the secret of Nostradamus. This journal was to be an annual retrospective on things occult, and included articles by most of the leading occultists of the period: Piobb, Oswald Wirth, Ch. M. Limousin, Papus, Alta, Annie Besant, Teder, Ernest Bosc, Ch. Lancelin, Paul Vulliaud, Jollivet-Castelot, C. Flammarion, "Jules Bois" (Henri Antoine Jules-Bois), and H. Durville, and many others. The journal gave a full account (from Le Voile d'Isis) of the Spiritualist Congress held in Paris in 1907. Apparently only two volumes were issued.
