Burton, a native of Philadelphia. This journal was the organ of the Centro Jacinto Chacón of Valparaiso and its Santiago affiliate. Carolina Farwell, the editor, is said to have been the pseudonym of Jose Ramon Ballesteros of Valparaiso. Noted in Monde Occulte, 1904, and Revue Spirite, January 1, 1904.
